The contents of the website, workbooks, online course material, presentations and examinations provided in all modules of the Canadian Livestock Transport (CLT) Certification Programme resulting in the certification of successful registrants do not guarantee good practices in the handling and transporting of livestock or poultry in Canada. These are the sole responsibility of the certified registrant.
The certification credentials of our programme(s) are awarded to course registrants based solely on their achievement of successful pass results on the certification examinations and on them having met the specified experience requirements. Certification does not and cannot predict future job performance or suggest that the CLT has conducted any form of on site or on the job review of the certified registrant.
The CLT Certification Programme and its affiliates are not responsible for any actions taken or any practices employed by any person that result in direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) in reliance upon the CLT information or for any damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the failure by any person to correctly use CLT information in handling and transporting livestock or poultry.
CLT reserves the right to make changes to any of the modules and to make improvements and/or changes in the programs described as necessary and without notice.
